IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Amberfield Umber Health Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 645 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
