IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Fern Health Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
