IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Clearpath Meadow Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Cincinnati. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
