IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Rivermark Orchard Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Minneapolis, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
