IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Raleigh, NC)

Nova Glen Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Raleigh, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
