IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Portland, OR)

Rivermark Linden Legal Group is a law firm in Portland serving businesses and individuals, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
