IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Pittsburgh, PA)

Summit Bridge Facilities looks after properties across the Pittsburgh region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
