IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Pittsburgh, PA)

Silverline Umber Legal Group is a law firm in Pittsburgh serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
