IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Nova Umber Foods Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
