IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Rowan Energy and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
