IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Pittsburgh, PA)

Amberfield Pine Staffing is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 699 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
