IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Hollow Facilities is a facilities company in Phoenix with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
