IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Phoenix, AZ)

Amberfield Sparrow Freight Partners coordinates shipments and warehousing around Phoenix. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 882 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
