IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Philadelphia, PA)

Greenridge Fern Legal Group is a law firm in Philadelphia serving businesses and individuals, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
