IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Meridian Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Orlando serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
