IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Loom Learning Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
