IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Stone Health Group is a healthcare provider in Omaha with clinics and support teams, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
