IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Keystone Energy Associates supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Omaha, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
