IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Oakland, CA)

Rivermark Umber Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Oakland, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
