IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Oak Civic Services works with county and city offices around Nashville. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
