IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Forge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Nashville area. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
