IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Nashville, TN)

Bright Lakeside Arts Center is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
