IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ashton Legal Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
