IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Hollow Environmental Services Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
