IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Nashville, TN)

Lumen Studio is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
