IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood River Staffing Associates is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
