IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Junction Markets Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
