IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood Keystone Energy is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 852 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
