IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Yarrow Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Milwaukee with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
