IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Milwaukee, WI)

Foxglove Quill Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Milwaukee serving households and small businesses, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
