IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Milwaukee, WI)

Stonegate Kestrel Community Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
