IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Junction Manufacturing and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 286 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
