IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Miami, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 654 people based in Miami. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
