IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Sparrow Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Miami region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 570 people based in Miami. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
