IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Amber Construction and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
