IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Memphis, TN)

Rivermark Cross Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Memphis serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
