IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Madison, WI)

Ironwood Cedar Foods Group is a Madison food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
