IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Sparrow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Little Rock area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
