IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Little Rock, AR)

Foxglove Ember Markets Partners serves neighbourhoods around Little Rock with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
