IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Northwind Sable Construction and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 293 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
