IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Juniper Facilities is a facilities company in Little Rock with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
