IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Ridge Property Management is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
