IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Las Vegas, NV)

Amberfield Bridge Foods is a Las Vegas food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
