IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Las Vegas, NV)

Cedar Basin Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Las Vegas. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
