IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Las Vegas, NV)

Stonegate Orchard Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Las Vegas. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
