IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Knoxville, TN)

Bluepeak Ember Financial Group serves customers across Knoxville with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
