IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Knoxville, TN)

Lumen Hollow Legal Group is a law firm in Knoxville serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
