IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Sable Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Knoxville. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
