IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Cross Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Knoxville, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
