IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Kansas City, MO)

Silverline Harbor Energy is an energy provider in Kansas City focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
